CARE IN THE FIRST FEW DAYS
After the procedure, the tattoo artist covers the tattoo with film. The purpose of the film is to protect the tattoo from dust, dirt, micro-organisms and bacteria on the first day, when the tattoo is the most sensitive. It is recommended that the film be left on the tattoo overnight. If you have a lot of things to do and cannot provide adequate skin care, you can leave your tattoo covered on the next day.
When you remove the film, first rinse the tattoo with lukewarm water and gently pat it dry with a towel (do not rub the tattoo!), then apply Tattoo Care to the tattoo. Repeat several times a day, and make sure to use a neutral or antibacterial soap that does not contain perfumes.
Apply in thin layers, but make sure that the tattoo is moisturised at all times. If your skin becomes dry, the tattoo can start to peel, and your skin can become irritated. This is a normal occurrence when your skin is healing and regenerating, but regular application of Tattoo Care ointment will ensure that your skin revitalises faster and brings out the true colours of your tattoo.

CARE IN THE FIRST TWO WEEKS
Over the first fortnight, the ointment should be applied to the tattoo in the manner described above, three times a day or more often as needed.
In the following weeks, the tattoo should be moisturised every other day, once a day.
DAILY CARE OF YOUR TATTOO
Tattoos that are several months or years old also require adequate care in order to maintain the appearance that you want for your whole life.
